Order Processing Time

All products are made to order and prioritized in the order they are received. Please, allow up to 2 weeks (at most) for production on wallets and leather goods. Ready to ship items will be shipped out within 1-3 days of order.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns, however you will have 14 days after receiving your product to contact us and we will exchange item(s) for another product. All products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for exchange. We do not refund shipping fees.

All sales are final for on sale items.

Lifetime Warranty

Lifetime warranty is offered on specific leather products and will be stated so in the items description. Warranty is applicable for anything that may break naturally or by the craftsman’s doing. Any scuffs, tears, breaks, scratches or improper care will not be eligible for replacement/repair under lifetime warranty. Take care of your product and we will take care of you.

Black Hardware

Please note that all black hardware will naturally fade or scratch if not taken care of due to the fact that the hardware is not naturally black, it is colour coated. WE DO NOT REPLACE SCRATCHED BLACK HARDWARE, take care of it.
